  • Breeding contracts will be mailed by USPS when payments are received and cleared by NOQHA bank.
  • You are bidding for one 2014 stallion breeding contract donated to NOQHA by the stallion owner/agent for the 2014 NOQHA Stallion Service Auction.
    All proceeds from the 2014 stallion service auction will go to NOQHA to further develop the NOQHA Futurity Program.
    The 2014 NOQHA breeding contract is only transferable to the mare owner who is the winning bidder of the stallion service. The live foal is guaranteed only to the extent of one return of the following year of the same mare or a substitute mare and then only by the initial owner of the contract.
    The mare owner/buyer will be purchasing the 2014 breeding services of the stallion specified. The mare owner/buyer will be responsible to pay any and all charges/fees related to the execution of this contract, including, but not limited to: vet bills, mare care charges, chute fees, booking fees, semen shipping fees, and other expenses related to the breeding of the mare. NOQHA is not responsible for any costs, expenses and or charges related to execution of breeding contract by the breeding facility not contained or recorded in this contract. NOQHA, involvement in and responsibility for the 2014 NOQHA stallion service auction terminates upon the transfer of the contract to the mare owner/buyer. The mare owner, by participating in this NOQHA program, does understand, agree and accept that NOQHA members, officers, and representatives are not liable for death, sickness and/or accidental injury including consequential damages to the mare, foal or the mare owner during participation in this breeding program caused by either negligence or intentional acts of any party to the contract.
    NOQHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforseen circumstances which arise.
    All bids will begin at 1/2 advertised breeding fee plus $100.00 office.
