Delivery Once the payment for the breeding is received by a representative of the KHC, the Buyer will
be mailed/emailed a breeding contract signed by the stallion owner. The stallion owner will
receive a copy of the contract with Buyer's contact information. Once the contract is received, Buyer/mare owner will need to contact the breeding facility in a timely manner to make arrangements for breeding.
Terms of Sale The Buyer in the 2022 Kansas Horse Council (KHC) Benefit Stallion Service Sale has purchased from KHC a stallion breeding donated by the stallion owner to be used by the Buyer at the designated time agreed to between the stallion owner and Buyer.

NOTE: THIS IS A DONATED BREEDING CONTRACT AND KHC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED THERE WITHIN, ANY AND ALL CONTRACT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ARE BETWEEN THE MARE OWNER AND THE STALLION OWNER/AGENT.

The purchase applies only to the breeding fees, and does not include fees such as, but not restricted to, booking/chute fees, shipped semen costs (FED EX, Counter to Counter, etc), mare care, transportation, re-breeds. These fees are determined and collected by the individual stallion owners; the KHC has no responsibility for settling or collecting these fees.
