  • Each horse will be sold to the highest bidder. Once a bid is placed on a horse, this states you are satisfied with the horse as presented. Anyone who places a bid for a horse in the sale is entering into a legal and binding contract for purchase if they are the winning bidder.     Horses are consigned by their legal Owners/Sellers or Authorized Agents. Sellers guarantee they hold legal ownership or legal right to transfer ownership to the high/winning bidder on www.PerfectHorseAuctions.com.

    Seller has entered into a legal contract to sell their horse in this auction. If a reserve price is set on a horse, Seller agrees to sell the horse consigned once the bid is met. Seller may not bid on his own horse or have another party bid in proxy for Seller.

    Each successful bidder will be purchasing the horse specified. Successful bidders will contact seller to make arrangements for pick up. All arrangements post sale are between buyer and seller. Buyer can request a vet check from seller if they are the winning bidder. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the vet check. If the horse does not pass the vet check (excluding items disclosed during the sale), the buyer is not obligated to complete the sale.

    Payment in full from successful bidder must be received by Seller no later than October 31, 2012. If the winning bidder fails to pay by this time, the next highest bidder will be considered the winning bidder.
