Custom Auction Features

  • Custom Sale Catalog

    Sale Catalog displays your listings, association banner, and custom sale name. Options to organize your catalog by sub-categories and add an information page about your sale.

  • Custom Banners

    Listings will be displayed with a banner customized to match your own web site or company logo.

  • Custom Start and End Dates

    Because these are custom events, the bidding for your listings will open and close on the dates you specify.

  • Timed Bid Closing

    Listings close in 3 minute intervals, allowing bidders time to place more bids.

  • Custom Listing Order

    Sort the listings in your catalog to end in the order you specify.

  • Listing Preview

    Listings can be viewed before bidding opens.

  • Featured Listings

    All custom auction listings are featured on Perfect Horse Auctions home page

  • Extra Featured Listings

    Select listings to feature at the top of your sale catalog and result pages.

  • Link to Your Web Site

    Each listing in your sale will include a link to your own web site.

  • Photos and Videos

    Our custom sales feature a generous number of photos and YouTube video options for each listing.

  • Extend Listings after Bidding

    If listings are not sold during regular bidding period, optinally relist as Buy Now for additional duration.

  • Sold Banners

    Listings already sold will remain visible and will display a "sold!" banner.

  • Sale Results Report

    Printable view of sale results report displays final bid / sale price and total sales amount.

  • Winning Bidder Report

    Printable view of winning bidder information available to the seller after the sale closes. Easily mark listings as "paid" when payment has been received.

  • Advertising

    Perfect Horse Auctions will feature your sale in regular newsletters to our large subscriber list!
