    SHIFT N GEARS is a dream come true. He only had 8 months of training and was shown twice as a three year old due to some surgery but he won both futurities that he was shown in. The Western Celebration and the APHA NP 3 year old Challange. We thought we would breed a few mares to him this year so we are taking 12 outside mares and breeding a few of ours. He is beautiful headed with a great topline and good on every leg. His mother Snip O Gun was just inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame and she became a Million Dollar Producer the end of 2019. He has a very strong bottomside pedigree and not to forget that his sire Gunnatrashya is now a 2 Million Dollar Sire. He is great minded and we can't wait to get him back to the show pen

  • Once payment for the breeding is received by a representative of the NCRHA, the Stallion Owner/Manager and Buyer will be notified by a representative of the NCRHA and the Stallion Owner/Manager will be authorized to release the breeding contract directly to the Buyer.

    It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make necessary arrangements with the Stallion Owner/Manager.
  • The winning bidder in the 2022 North Central Reining Horse Association (NCRHA) Sire and Dam Auction has purchased from the NCRHA a stallion breeding donated by the stallion owner to be used by the bidder during the 2022 breeding season.

    NOTE: THIS IS A DONATED BREEDING CONTRACT AND THE NCRHA MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED THEREWITHIN. ANY AND ALL CONTRACT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ARE BETWEEN THE MARE OWNER AND THE STALLION OWNER/AGENT.

    The purchase applies only to the breeding fees, and does not include fees such as, but not restricted to, booking/chute fees, shipping costs (FED EX, Counter to Counter), mare care, transportation, re-breeds. These fees are determined and collected by the individual stallion owners; the NCRHA has no responsibility for setting or collecting these fees.

    The mare owner may not sell or transfer this contract to another mare owner, without the express consent of the stallion owner. If the bidder's mare does not conceive during the 2022 breeding season or conceives but later aborts, it is the mare owner's responsibility to determine if a re-breed is acceptable during the succeeding breeding year. If the stallion allows a re-breed, the NCRHA will honor the breeding. The mare owner needs to notify NCRHA if their mare does not conceive during the 2022 season.

    The foal born to the mare as a result of the NCRHA breeding will be eligible for a free entry in the NCRHA 2026 Futurity, provided the mare owner submits the online mare information form.

    It is the bidder's responsibility to contact the owner in a timely manner to arrange the breeding.

    All proceeds from the sale of this auction will go to the NCRHA to support the NCRHA 2022 Futurity.
